Make Room: Lasting Words Project Kick Off!

Make Room is thrilled to announce Lasting Words, a limited collection of artist tote bags launching during Los Angeles Gallery Weekend.

Yoab Vera, Guimi You, Yuri Yuan, Catalina Ouyang, Astra Huimeng Wang, Jacopo Pagin, and Xin Liu bring their unique perspectives and creative visions to this endeavor, contributing their own text and images to the project: “lasting words” that encapsulate their artistic journeys.

This project aims to raise funds for Inner City Arts, a local nonprofit organization dedicated to providing arts education for the youth of Los Angeles. Each tote bag is an edition of 25 featuring a design by Make Room artists. A significant portion of the proceeds will be donated to support Inner City Arts and their mission.

In celebration of the launch, we’ll be hosting a kickoff party during Gallery Weekend. Join us on Friday, July 28, 2023 from 6pm–8pm for the launch of this campaign!
